Scholarships

Please read through the following information before filling out your online application.

Eligibility, Awards and Notifications

Full and Partial Scholarships are available for this year’s Snorkel & Study winter break, Jan 1-8, 2009. Please read the following information about eligibility and awards carefully.

Scholarship Eligibility
You must be currently enrolled in a college or university to be eligible. Undergrads and graduate students may apply.
You must submit the online application, $50 application fee, and letter of recommendation in order to be considered for a scholarship. Submissions received on or before November 29 will be considered for Full and Partial Scholarships. Submissions received after November 29 will be considered for Partial Scholarships.

Awards
Scholarship awards are competitive and are based on the careful consideration of your online application (which includes essay questions) and recommendation letter. There are a fixed number of Full and Partial Scholarships so the earlier in the process you complete your materials the better.

Notifications
Notifications of Full and Partial Scholarship awards will be made by email, starting November 8, 2008. You must send your confirmation within 7 days to secure your award.

Be sure to read sections about the Application Process, Payment and Refunds, and Scholarship Agreement before you complete your application.
